Medical/Surgical Unit

Unicoi County Memorial Hospital, Inc. Medical/Surgical Unit provides a professional nursing staff of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. Other health care professionals include Respiratory Therapy, Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Social Work Services, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy. The Medical/Surgical Unit staff are educated and trained to care for patients between the ages of 0 – 100+ with a variety of medical conditions and surgery patients post-operatively. UCMH offers a hospitalist program for continued 24 hour / 7 day per week care. UCMH takes pride in providing quality personalized health care.
