Intensive Care Unit

Unicoi County Memorial Hospital, Inc. has a two-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The hospitalist and professional registered nursing staff are educated and trained to care for a variety of medical and surgical patients. Other health care professionals include Respiratory Therapy, Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Social Work Services and Physical Therapy. The professional registered nursing staff is educated and trained in adult advanced cardiac life support. State of the art cardiac monitoring and life saving equipment are also available to help provide high quality patient care.
