Todd E. Love, is Chairman of Unicoi County Memorial Hospital Board, where he has served since 2001. He is president of Erwin Motors, Inc. Todd is an Erwin native. He is a graduate of Unicoi County High School and attended East Tennessee State University . Todd is a Certified Business Associate with Ford Motor Company and Ford Motor Credit. He is a Certified Mountain Life Insurance Company Representative.

Todd is an active member of East Tennessee Dealers Association, a member of Mountain Life Insurance Association and was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the State of Tennessee Automobile Association . He served several years as a "Youth at Large" Board Member for the Unicoi County Farm Bureau. Todd received the Presidential Award from Ford Motor Company, the Grand Master Sales Achievement Award from Ford Motor Company and was recently recognized as the "Most Improved Dealer" and the "#1 Truck Select Dealer" in the Cincinnati District.

Todd is currently serving as president of the UCHS Lady Devil Diamond Club. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for Unicoi County Chamber of Commerce and Unicoi County Little League. Todd is a member of Unicoi County Kiwanis and the Unicoi County Department of Human Services. He is also a past recipient of the Lifetime Membership Award from Love Chapel School PTA.

Todd and his wife, Shelba have two children. Their son, Josh, is a freshman at ETSU and their daughter, Leah, is a sophomore at Unicoi County High School . Todd is the son of Ted and Peggy Love and the grandson of the late Gus Phillips and the late Anne Phillips and the late T. R. and Nell Love. Todd and his family are members of Love Chapel Christian Church where Todd serves as a Deacon and Sunday School teacher. He enjoys farming, carpentry, following the UCHS Lady Devil Softball Team, as well as other activities his children are involved in.

J. W. Colinger, MD, is president of Unicoi Medical Associates and has practiced in Erwin for the past 31 years. He received his degree from University of Tennessee Medical School in Memphis, TN. Dr. Colinger is serving as Medical Director for Center on Aging and Health, Erwin Healthcare, Lakebridge Health Care Center and Unicoi County Long Term Care.

Dr. Colinger and his wife Judy have three sons and four daughters, Jason A. Colinger, DO, Jared and Jacob Colinger, Jennifer Rowe, Joelle, Jessica and Julya Colinger. They also have a grandson, Landon Colinger and granddaughter, Emma Rowe. They are members of Calvary Baptist Church. Dr. Colinger has been involved as a Medical Missionary since 1995 where he has traveled to Romania and Republic of Moldova. He enjoys golf and travel.

Mr. Miller was previously employed by Nuclear Fuel Services, in the accounting department. He served in the Army for 2 years and was stationed in Italy.

Mr. Miller and his wife Faye have one daughter, Teresa Bowman. They have two grandchildren, Julia and Lindsey Bowman. He is pastor at Pathway Freewill Baptist Church. He enjoys community development and working on his 35 acre farm.
